A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of a lemon before breakfast can help you digest food better, and therefore, reduce toxins inside your body. This is something that I started to do a while back, when my health was in a very rough shape, and yes, it has helped improve my digestion.
But I have to confess that when I started doing this, I was so sick and felt so tired all the time, that I did not have the energy to do it consistently on a daily basis.
