Lemon water
Lemon water can help you improve digestion.

A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of a lemon before breakfast can help you digest food better, and therefore, reduce toxins inside your body. This is something that I started to do a while back, when my health was in a very rough shape, and yes, it has helped improve my digestion.
But I have to confess that when I started doing this, I was so sick and felt so tired all the time, that I did not have the energy to do it consistently on a daily basis. I understood the benefits that a glass of warm lemon water could provide for me, but I could not manage myself to do simple tasks like this one every day.
After many attempts, and suggestions from other health professionals, I found a way that worked for me, which also helps if you have a busy morning routine.
This is what I do:
I buy a bag with 15 to 20 lemons and squeeze all of them at once (see pictures 1 & 2 above).
Then I freeze the lemon juice in a silicon mold, one tablespoon per slot (picture 3). It is very easy to take the frozen pieces out of the silicon mold (4).
Finally, I store the frozen pieces in a glass container inside my freezer. I do not use plastic or zip-lock bags with lemon, because the lemon is acidic and it might make plastic leach into the frozen cubes (5).
Then, every day I take one frozen cube out and put it in a glass with warm water (6).
With about 15 to 20 big lemons, I get around 30 frozen pieces, which means that I only have to squeeze lemons once a month.
Drinking lemon might affect the enamel of the teeth, so I make sure I use a straw to drink this water. Glass and stainless steel straws are my preferred options. They are usually sold with special long pipe cleaners, which help avoid the growht of bacteria inside the straw.
