School Workshops
Educating children and young adults is one of my passions. Teaching kids to be healthy from an early age helps them develop good eating habits and a good relationship with food. Giving them the knowledge that they need about how to nourish their body, mind and spirit provides them with the tools to make informed decisions that will support their health in their later years. My school workshops are tailored to different ages, from kindergarten to young adults.
